Welcome...

...to the new edition of the Fine & Country / Asprey Estates Collection magazine.

As the property market continues to flourish, so does the Fine & Country network. Marking the occasion of our 21st birthday this summer gave us the opportunity to reflect on the past 21 years and just how far we have come.

Having established our presence in the premium property market in over 300 locations worldwide, we have grown from strength to strength, most significantly in the last 12 months, being the only brand to have grown market share in the £1million + market in the UK.

These accomplishments have lit a fire for the future as we set out our goals and aspirations for the 21 years to come. The summer has seen the property market continue to thrive with annual price growth in the premium market at 7.4% across England and Wales since September 2021; could this mean that now is the perfect time to re-evaluate the place you call home?

Take advantage of this buyer-rich market, longer days and natural summer light by discovering how much your home is worth with a professional, no obligation valuation.

But for now, we hope you enjoyed the delights of the British summertime and all that it had to offer, enjoy browsing this issue of Collection and please do not hesitate to get in touch should you need our services at all.

Not your Everyday Estate Agent

Asprey Estates is following in a long-standing tradition. The Estate Office was established in the 1920’s by developer Richard Costain & Sons to serve as a sales office for the prestigious Kingswood area.

It remained within the same family for three generations and for more than eight decades. The office was operated as an independent estate agent until 2008. Following a complete renovation and refurbishment, Asprey Estates re-opened The Estate Office in 2011 with a clear vision of serving Kingswood and the surrounding area.

To further strengthen our position in Kingswood, Asprey Estates merged with Fine & Country in 2016.

Our alliance allows us to market locally, nationally and internationally from Kingswood as well as our head office on Park Lane, W1.

When selling your home, there can be no substitute for experience and that’s exactly what you can expect from our team.
